How do I receive this casino play...........I sent an email to rocket frog, however, I have not received any answers from them.

Congrats on winning this prize. You must establish a Passport Players Club account to redeem. This is free and easy to set up. Just swing by the promotions booth daily between 8am and midnight PT anytime you visit Ellis Island Casino in Las Vegas. If you already have one then you're good to go! The Promotions booth has a master list of winners and prizes that is updated weekly and they will issue your prize.
