The price listed is the lowest we found available for that promo code. The rates vary from day to day. For example you could stay Tuesday-Friday and the rates could be 150 night for tues, weds, and then 200 thurs, 300 friday. Rates are almost always higher on weekends as well. We don't list the lowest price to mislead. Just to inform you that it is possible to get a rate for that amount if you are flexible in the days you are traveling. Hope this helps.
