Gold Membership and news letter

I can't access LVA Gold. I'm a LVA subscriber, and when I enter my LVA email address in and my LVA password (and enter the secret characters) I'm told "Account not found. Sign up now." Basically, this issue remains unresolved seven weeks after Westie commented on it above.

Same problem.....account not found.

I am also still unable to access.

Hi Dale, All I ask is to get the January issue without calling up at the end of January. Have you deleted Dave's database yet I hope. Never had a problem till he made that 2nd database up. This is many years in a row where things are just screwed up getting the newsletter.
