Is there an issue with the Member Rewards Online portion of the website?

I log in on the main site, then click on the MRO tab and am prompted to log into that area in order to be able to print coupons, bit when I do that all I get is a small window that says "loading" along with a spinning blue ball. I've let that go for a minute or two but nothing happens and I have to "force quit" Safari in order to get away from the page.
If you are using Google Chrome, that is most likely the problem. We are working on it but there's a glitch somewhere that isn't allowing users to print from Chrome.

I apologize, you did say that. The problem your describing sounds very similar to the Chrome issue, but this is the first we're hearing of a Safari issue. Is there another browser you're able to try to print from?

I will try Firefox for our trip later in the year. Earlier this month when I picked up our Member Rewards book at the LVA office I was able to have the MRO coupon I wanted printed by the LVA employee that was manning the front desk. I wish I remembered her name because she was quite helpful.
I believe that was Audrey, she is very helpful.
