Every issue is posted online prior to the first of the new month, which means it goes to the printer before then. Holidays sometimes hold up printing and the mail is what it is. It's a matter of getting it in late in the month with the latest information or earlier so that it's delivered in the first week, but we miss a lot. Since you can read it online, we've chosen the former. I'm interested in any disagreements with that choice.
