Logging in issues

When I try to login in via the Forums page I get the message " your login credentials are invalid" and then it suggest I try to log in again or contact the forum administrator. When I login via the LVA Home page I am successful and then I can get in to the forums. I have emailed the forum administrator 3 times - March 1, March 7 and March 14 but have never received any reply back - this is so weird as in the past when I had issues and emailed the forum administrator someone got back to me in a quick period of time. I am happy that I can log in via the LVA home page but am worried that one day I will be unsuccessful there.
