LVA Casino prize

Hi....On Sept 20th I won a poker tournament. My prize was $50 in pit play at Ellis Island casino. Could someone please contact me with redemption instructions?

All you'll need to do to redeem your prize is hit "My Prizes" at the top of the page and claim the prize that you wish to have shipped to you.

I did do that after the tourney. I was expecting an email with redemption information.
