Missing Wicked Spoon coupon in my MRB

Received my MRB yesterday and the Cosmo coupon is conspicuously absent. As in simply not there OR even listed on the contents page. I consider this to be the best single coupon of this year. What the heck happened? Has anybody else noticed this?
