More than one book in a year

I'm sure this has been asked before, so I apologize in advance as I couldn't locate the answer. I bought and used a book in March of this year -- to great effect. I gave the remaining coupons to someone as I left town. I'm going back on an unexpected trip in early Dec. I'm wondering if some offers are only valid once a year? For example, if I used a free play coupon at a casino, can/will they deny me if I return less than 12 months later?

I believe that you would be denied free play in the same calendar year for the same player's card account.
The match plays that require you to go to the player's club to get the matchplay such as the D, Golden Gate, Grand, Orleans, and Gold Coast would be denied as well in the same calendar year if they say "One per Year"
