No News Letter this month

Hi Guys and Girls, no news letter this month so far. Is getting to mid month very soon. I pay for the hard copy of course I hate printing out pages. This happens each and every year when I renew and I always renew in time. I have a hunch is the screwed up database that was here when Dale took over. I never had a problem before David created a 2nd database to screw the works up forever. I never have received a full year of newsletters without calling or asking for either December or January's issue for about 8 years now.

Now if you combined the news letter with the MRB please tell me so then I won't expect it till the end of the month.

I haven't gotten my January issue, either.

I am just wondering if they combined the news letter with the MRB which I don't mind at all. They did that 1 year but told the customers they were doing it.

Mike, I renewed last month, too. I think this screws up their system somehow. I was adding 12 months to a subscription that didn't expire until February or March.

Actually IF I have time..........I plan to do a Pop-in, Wed. or so.........Never had an issue while popping in.

Well I'm joining the group. I have not received my Janaury issue as well. I going to pick up my MRB at the office the week of 1/18/11.

I also haven't received mine and it isn't a renewal problem. Hopefully we will find something out on Monday.

Well, I also have not received January's edition.

Another point I might as well make here:

Somewhere over the years, my expiration date kept getting moved up.

Instead of expiring in July it crept up over time to May now. LOL

I guess this was caused by my renewing early. LOL

I do recall they at one time put the expiration date on the address imprint.

That would probably solve that issue.

Not a big deal. Just wanted to mention it.

I got my LVA today -- Jan. 8. Late, but it's here. And no, the MRB was not packaged with it.
