First they are suppose to read and monitor this forum. They know who I am from my information. Why do I have to call and ask for my copy to be sent out?
Somebody at the LVA dropped the ball at least on the newsletter which I still have not received. No mail Monday so now the 18th of the month is the best I can expect.
I think part of the problem is the late mailing and the other part is ever since Dave created a 2nd database my mailings have been absolutely screwed up. I never get 12 issues without calling at the end of the year for the last or first as I get dropped off the list for one issue and I do renew in plenty of time. Dale should just trash the old database once and for all and try operating from his own. I f I am wrong I apologize but why can't I get all the issues without the last or first never arriving? I guess I will read it on line but then why did I pay the extra money?
Also Dale if I am wrong then there has to be a logical explanation on why I am always missing an issue at the end of my renewal time, and please do not tell me the post office keeps losing the December or January issue.
