Thanks for the hint about changing the number of days for past posts. I changed 1700 to 800, and now the forums change a lot faster.

Same here. I've eliminated all graphics and tried everything else, and these forums are every bit as slow as my archaic dial-up modem was back in the computer stone-age. This is really sad.

The past couple days the boards been uber-slow for me. Seems to happen on weekends alot.

Into this endless debate, let me add that, as I was reading the forums today, I noticed they were particularly quick of late.

I don't normally have a problem with LVA forum speed, but today they seemed even faster than normal. And normal's always been just fine for me.

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you.
No we wont delete old treads, even though that might make it faster.

We havent given up hope for new software.
Just not sure which.
