Hi WhatEwa. Sorry you had an issue. A few things:

1. You should check to see if your flash is up-to-date. You can check by visiting: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html

2. You should also check to see what browser version you have and if it is up to date by visiting: https://www.whatismybrowser.com/

3. Do you have an ad blocker (sometimes called a pop-up ad blocker) in place? This can cause our games to not load. Please either turn off or add us to the do not block list.

Also emailing us via our support portal will allow our support team to speak with you directly and help diagnose the problem. https://support.rocket-frog.com/customer/portal/emails/new
Seems like an awful lot of do's and dont's required to play.

Everything on my computer is up to date...............Don't need to turn off ad blocker because I have not had a problem since this episode occurred...The problem ended after about 8 minutes of waiting...finally game loaded.
The only thing that really irritated me was the other day when I was in the chip lead and. got booted out of the tourney......However, that episode has not occurred since then.

BTW....I won a gift certificate for Best Buy in todays poker tourney but, how do you get it? All it said is: claimed.

I have been waiting on my gift card for about 2 weeks. Says claimed and when you click on Click here for additional redemption information, Terms and Conditions. takes you no where.

Hi, We will have our prize manager look into it. Digital prizes go out via email and on a rare occasion the prize ended up in their junk mail. So It's possible that the prize was not received for one of the following reasons:

- Spam filter blocked e-mail or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
- E-mail was accidentally deleted
- E-mail address is no longer used or valid
