Is it possible for me to come to the LVA offices and pay for a gift subscription for another person (and also pick up their MRB)? I will be in Las Vegas next week. I am already a subscriber and received my MRB for 2014. I realize this would violate the 1-per-person policy. But the person I'm buying it for doesn't want to come to the LVA himself this trip.
