Print LVA Monthly

When I try to print out a copy my LVA Monthly to bring on my upcoming trip to Vegas I get blank spaces anywhere there is a shaded box or a Title. this has been an ongoing problem. I have tried from both old and new formats.
I have tried from both Mac and PC - and printing to a Laserwriter, a Xerox Doc 12, and a Xerox Workcentre Pro.

Can you please let me know what I need to do to print it out?

You are probably printing in black and white. Change your printer settings to print in grey scale.

Tried Greyscale and tried full colour, also tried saving to pdf and converting to postscript. We are unable to print it out and have it complete and readable.

Well LVA staff - if asked, I can now say that at least your level of service has remained consistent.
Two questions in 5 years - zero satisfaction on either one.

I print out the advisor every month without problems. I choose the old format. Then click the section: (example dining), when that page comes up, on the left side choose print this page. The article comes up without pics or ads. (also at bottom there is printer friendly option) get same results. I have never had a problem. Hope this helps.

What is your OS and version
What is your browser and version?
do you have popup blockers installed?

what kind of printer is it?
what print driver version is installed?

We will be better able to answer your question.
