Loved the list of what USED TO BE on the strip before the existing properties there now. One place that I didn't see was a hotel we always stayed at in the mid- to late 1980s, We watched the Construction of the Bellagio from its upper story windows...NOISY! I think it was called the Center Strip Inn... a really large motel.
What about the place before Mandalay Bay? The Hacienda???.... in the 1970s, we used to stay there because it was a final destination and event headquarters for the LA to Vegas dirt bike ride.
