renewed my membership, now it's different

My membership expired in June, I renewed it on line, and for some reason had difficulty. I needed to call your office to have it fixed. I have noticed, however, my username is now benue183 instead of Benue183, so it shows me as a brand new member as of June 2014. Is there anyway I can get this fixed? I have been a member for years, and it will appear to people that I am someone new, all my old messages are not showing to me.

Please help!!

It seems that if you renew on line,it automatically shows you as a new member.It's happened to me twice over the years.I even received two copies of the news letter until I called to straightened it out.

I have been a member since around 1995, and it shows me as a 2005 member, somehow they lost 10 years of my " Fully " paid $53.50 subscriptions ?

We all lost some time when they changed the website several years ago.

Edit: I signed up in 2001, I see now that my date shows 2002; I think it was later than that for a while.

As far as I can tell there is no way for us to edit your Joined date. cmdrk1 is correct about losing time back when our site was hacked. If I find a way to reset or edit this I will let you guys know.
