Slow web site

Why is this site slow compared to other sites. I have member images off?

I talked to Anthony on the phone today. They are aware of the problem and have tried to up date the system. The only solution is to completely up date the whole site. They have just started the planningof it.No simple under taking to design a new site. It could be until end of the year to get it going. He was very upfront and honest about the problem. I will be looking forward to the improvements.

I'm sure it will be better than the old new site.

We've tried many fixes, but this time it's really happening. A complete overhaul of the entire website is in the works. These MBs have somehow stayed strong even with their terrible execution, so I think this change will have a huge positive impact. The project is expansive, so target release is the end of this year.

That is good to hear about, but scary.

The biggest turn off last time was the insistance of how wonderful the new system was despite early and continuing negative feedback.
