Thanks to LVA staff

Over the weekend I was notified that my account had expired when I tried to access LVA, despite the fact that I renewed several weeks ago. I did get warning emails, but assumed they were incorrect. I sent an email, and before noon EST on the next business day my account was corrected.

I think I accidentally deleted the conformation email after renewing, but the LVA staff quickly and effectively restored my access. Just wanted to acknowledge the great customer service. Thanks again!
