Today's News Errors

From LVA's Today's News just now:

July 8, 2011 Shrimp Hunt in the Desert
Las Vegas consumes around 90 percent of all shrimp eaten in the world and most of it is imported from Southeast Asia and China. Until recently, that is, when a new fish farm in North Las Vegas debuated creating jobs and challenging foreign seafood supremacy for the first time.

That can't possibly be true, that 90 percent of all the world's shrimp consumption occurs in Las Vegas.

Perhaps LVA meant to say that 90 percent of the shrimp consumed in Las Vegas is imported from Southeast Asia and China? Was that what LVA meant to write?
On the heels of last week's incorrect and uncorrected news item about shrimp . . . .

Today News today claims that, this weekend, "Food trucks, DJs, and other artists hit downtown for the monthly Vegas StrEATS event (7/16)

In truth, that monthly event happened last week. It occurs every second Saturday of the month.
Thank you for correcting half of these errors.
