Warning Unresponsive Script

When I attempt to click on messages in the forum, or when I navigate back to another forum, I frequently get the above message. I even got it whil;e I was typing this message.

I am running Windows 7, my browser is Firefox 30.0, and Flash is version 14.0.0.125.

When I tried using Windows Explorer and Google Chrome I have the same issues.

If I want to read the forum without multiple unresponsive messages I have to use my ipad.

I have gotten the unresponsive message four timess, so far, while writing this message.

What can I do to fix this on my desktop?

That's strange that you get the warning when in IE and Chrome. Is sounds like a Firefox add-on problem. To see what add-on may be causing a problem, you can disable an individual add-on and see if the error persists. If so, then you can enable that add-on again and try disabling another. This test should help identify the problem add-on.
I checked everything you suggested, but nothing helped. Then I notice that the page was loading from places such as "doubleclick.net" and other ad sites. Note that this has only been an issue on the LVA website. I downloaded "Ad Blocker + ," a free shareware, which added an add on to my Firefox. While it still takes a long time between clicks, I no longer get the Unresponsive Script Warning. Is it possible that some unwanted d ware is slowing down your site for everyone?
Glad to hear you no longer get the Unresponsive warning. I did a speed test on our site and it's at 1.5 seconds so we are not really sure what else we can do to fix this. I haven't heard of this being an issue from others so it seems like a setting on your computer. Sorry I couldn't help more.
