Was LVA mailings later??

Last month the LVA never arrived until Jan 8th or 9th. I figured it was because of the holiday. This month issue has not arrived as of yet. Frb. 9th. I know I could get first class delivery and receive it faster but really if it arrives by the 5th there is no rush. When they stop Saturday mail deliveries this is an example that it would be at least the 11th of the month in this case. Just wanted to know if there was a late delivery from LVA. Thank you.

We always get it in and up online before the first of the new month. In January it went to the printer on the 30th, so there was a delay in printing and mailing through the weekend. We'll probably have to start getting it to the printer sooner, but that means missing some late developments. We'll try to balance it the best way possible.

I've been a subscriber for 20 years or so, and throughout my subscription the newsletter has arrived in the mail every 30.5 days on average without fail. Typically on the 8th, sometimes the 10th, sometimes the 5th., no big deal. But once a month, every month.

Works for me.

chilcoot-------We have been a members at least 20 years and use to have it delivered on the first. Then I started to think no big deal if it would arrived on the 3rd thru the 6th. Well the 5th has been a traget date and for the most past it happend like that. Towards the end of the year and then again in Janaury (this issue) arrived on the 9th. When you say once a month every month that what we signed on for a monthly issue. In this case if no Saturday deliveries were in effect it would have ended up on the 11th. Last year there were of our 6 trips I had to go by the office and pick-up the new issue. No problems and they were more than glad to give me the current issue. Maybe a note stating it was late going to printers would have eliminated this email. I'm sure most of us do read questions to the LVA staff topics.
