Move forward 9 months - it is still deadly slow and you are infecting our computers with viruses.

You convinced me to renew last time - because you had all of this cool stuff going on.
So what has changed? Don't quote Anthony - he has BIG issues with anyone who questions anything - really!, I am asking the staff - has ANYTHING actually changed? Convince me to renew - I would like to - but I see NOTHING CHANGED IN 12 MONTHS.
