Why did I get a letter saying membership lapsed?

To whom this may concern

Received a letter today, Jan 6, 2011, saying membership has lapsed. I made payment early December, 2010 and also checked my membership online and shows the expiration of 2012. In the past I have received twice, an extra POV booklet and returned them saying I have allready received one. Any ideal of why I'm being picked on? Just trying to be honest and friendly. DJH

ps, I hope I receive at least 1 coupon book.

I got the same letter last week and didn't get my Newsletter or MRB.

I got the same letter. My membership doesn't expire until March so I e-mailed about it. Audrey took care of everything and my January newsletter arrived about a week later.

I also phoned in my renewal and they took care of everything and I received nothing. No news letter and I know I won't either. And I am not calling anymore to get one sent out. Just happened every year and it is getting old.

I received no letter or e-mail saying my membership was about to expire-just locked me out. LOL
