2 for 1 southpoint show coupon will not print

Hi,

I attempted to print the 2 for 1 southpoint show coupon but the printer jammed and now it will not let me print the coupon.  Is there any way you can reset my account so that i can print the coupon.  I am arriving in Las Vegas tomorrow and was hoping to see a show at the southpoint tomorrow night.  Your help would be GREATLY appreciated.
