2018 Member Rewards Book

Hi there, I placed my order on Nove 10th, 2017 for 2 Member Reward Books with order number 160423.. Yet haven't received anything.. I live in Canada, maybe that's why it is taking a fair bit? If you can help me track down the books would be greatly appreciated...

Just to clarify, I ordered 2 MRB 2018 edition...

Still waiting for my book ordered 12/14, Order Number 172669.  Kansas isn't exactly Canada, I should have it by now.  Anthony Curtis has a earlier post saying to call if you don't have it today, but I couldn't find a number to call on the website.

Tanya, any follow-up?  I'm not sure what else can be done on your end.  If the USPS lost or mis-delivered the book, all that you can really do is send another one out to replace the one I didn't get.

I haven't received the Rewards book as of today. I was wondering if you could ship a replacement copy now since I'll be in Vegas on the 30th. Thank you for your help.

The rewards book arrived today in a plastic bag with an apology from the Post Office.  The envelope got a little beat up, but the book inside was OK.

I received a certificate from my mother on Christmas for the second year in a row, noting that I have received another year of membership as a gift. My 2018 has not arrived. I take it I should call the office as well. Will do so on Tuesday.
