By my best count, this is my 16th year subscribing to LVA. I wouldn't think of going to Vegas w/out it--but have to say that this is the longest it's ever taken to receive my book. I've called twice now. My first call came 2 weeks after renewing, and I was simply told to keep waiting for it. I waited another 1 1/2 weeks before calling again yesterday. This time I was told that it was mailed on Jan. 17, and that we're still w/in the window for delivery. Tomorrow will be 4 weeks since renewing and 3 weeks since it was supposed to have shipped--if that's the normal delivery window for a first class package, it sure doesn't say much about our postal service nowadays!
