2020 coupn book availability

Completely agree.  Since the coupon book has to go to the printer at some point in November or December, I would think it should be possible to post what is in it instead of still posting what is in the 2019 book.

The 2020 coupon list was available yesterday in the January 2020 newsletter.

When will the coupon book be avaialble?  We leave on Jan 10th and don't want to risk not receiving it in the mail and just pick it up that following Monday.

I just tried to order my 2020 membership and when I try to buy it it says the 2020 membership is no longer available to purchase.  It should be the 2019 is no longer available.   Do I have to call to order the 2020 membership.  It seems its not available to purchase online. 

Your order already went through and that is why it says that. Once you order it then you can not purchase it again. Hope this helps

Have the books been mailed?  We arrive on the 19th and are using coupons that morning which is a Sunday.  I'm hoping we don't have to pick the books up and miss out on the uses we planned on Sunday.  Thank you!

This is very upsetting.  I called today and spoke with Nicole.  She was accommodating and indicated that if our books don't arrive, she will ship to our hotel (which is downtown).  My problem is this....the cost charged to me for shipping this book is $3.50 (we have three orders of four books for a total of $14 in shipping).  But, in actuality, they are being shipped economy which is a 7-10 business day delivery and probably only at a cost of under $1.00.  They were mailed this week, which could be as late as today.  7-10 business days puts them in my mailbox in two weeks.  We requested to have new books expedited to us (use the $3.50 charge for postage when ordering the book), but that is not an option.  Don't get me wrong, I totally appreciate the offer to deliver to our hotel.  That is a nice option but completely messes up our plans when we arrive in early morning on Sunday.  We do several stops before we get to the hotel. Fingers crossed that the books actually arrive by the 18th!!!!  I know the LVA office is slammed busy this month, but if the books are basically unusable for 1/12th of the year, shouldn't we have a refund of some sort? (1/12th of $40.50 is $3.38).  I also am aware that the publication of the books waits till the very last minute in order to get the best deals; again, much appreciated!  I apologize for being disgruntled, but i hate to change our plans because of the arrival of the much anticipated coupon book.  This is the only trip to Vegas we take each year, so the only opportunity to use these coupons.  I will hope that the books arrive!!!  Thank you to Nicole for having the patience to deal with us on the phone to try and find a viable option.  We are just saddened by the news that the books were mailed as late as today with a 7-10 business day window......
