2021 Members Reward Book?

We answered the question about Member Rewards in several places with what we knew at the time. Things are still in flux, though the MRB is at the printer. The list is published.

Renewed today.  Probably won't make it to Vegas this year due to CES being virtual but make enough from this book to more than cover missing a year.

We are SO thoroughly disappointed.  Each year the publishing of this book gets later and later.  My family and I come to Vegas in mid January and it's always a time crunch to get the books in time.  This year we have planned our entire trip again with the PBV as a viable part.  We just learned that the books will not be printed in time for our January 17 trip.  The customer service person was kind, however, I am wondering why we have to suffer the consequences of all books being shipped in one shipment.  I cannot wrap my mind around that some of the books can't be shipped early and we can either pick them up or they can be sent to our hotel.  We were told that they will arrive to the LVA on January 22 with the order in full.  Can't some of them be shipped earlier?  This is a HUGE disappointment.  Alternatively, shouldn't the coupons in the books expire January 31 instead of December 31 because there is always a delay. We would be willing to pay a couple extra dollars to get our four books shipped earlier.  I understand everyone is suffering the effects of COVID, but it seems that a little extra planning could go a long way.  Please, Anthony, is there any way you can accomodate us?


How could we do that? All printing is backed up across the nation. There is no other option. And the MRB does not get later and later. This is the first time ever that it was not ready the first week, if not the first day, of the new year. There's a global pandemic in force. Are we supposed to have some power to nullify that? Sorry, but we don't. We're monitoring it with the printer every day. If they finish early or a partial supply is available, we'll announce it immediately, but it doesn't usually work that way.

My apologies for the crappy sounding message. I hope you understand the frustration which I'm certain you do. I guess when I indicated the books get later and later, I should have clarified that they are received later each year. With the popularity, im sure your January is extremely busy. Hang in there, we are all working through the frustrations of the pandemic. Im happy the Advisor was able to weather the storm. I truly hope it continues that way. Ill just cross my fingers that my Vegas luck begins and some of the books are printed early.

Are things still on track for Jan 22?  Not impatient, just wondering when I can come on by and pick it up.  Also, do you keep timeframe updates on your website, and if so, on what page?  That way, I don't have to be annoying.  :-)

The Member Rewards Books were delivered this morning and are available for pick-up. We've also begun the process of mailing to orders on hold.
