Anthony...any thoughts on Boyd?

I have been incredibly loyal to them the past 10 years and they have been very good to me. The Orleans, specifically! I have a trip coming up in January and out of nowhere they became a bit of a P-I-A. I had a meeting with Laura De La Cruz and she tried to tell me nothing was changing I am just arriving on a really busy week. I guess time will tell. Our conversation morphed into my displeasure with Boyd walking away from LVA. Your name came up and she told me you totally understand their "revenue management" position. I told her understanding and agreeing are quite different! Any chance Boyd gets back to caring about customers or are they revenue only going forward?

 

 

When you consider how much investment they put into their player loyalty programs, and how utterly they've destroyed those programs (and alienated tens of thousands of customers), I don't expect them to change their minds now.
