Any chance the books have arrived?

The member up above indicated that the news section of this publication said to come in on the 17th and 18th to pick them up.  I promise you that at two different casinos on Sunday, the 16th, there were people with them in hand.  I physically saw the books so they're either pirated or they got theirs early.  What is most disappointing is that we would definitely have come to get them, but on Thursday afternoon on the 14th we were told 'there is no way they will be in by the end of your trip and they will be in AFTER the 21st, so week of the 24th".  We were told this by two different staff members.  We were also told there's no reason to call back because we would receive an email stating they were in.  As of yet, i have not received an email and my books were prepaid.  Which obviously now i'm awaiting a refund.

The MRBs were at the printer in California on the 1/16. They were available to pick up on 1/17 or we could have waited for the shipment. We picked up a partial order to save a few days on that day and began distributing and mailing on 1/18. No, they were not in any casinos two days earlier.
