I called Az. Charlie's on Decatur and asked about using the coupon. The code in my book is LVA23, which I was told was the code for 2023. I asked them to check to see if the new code was LVA 24 and was told that that code was the correct code. My point being, if I desire to use the current mislabeled code fron the 2024 MRB, will there be a problem since the coupon seems to have a mislabeled code date?
Yes, mine also has code LVA23 for that one, though the expiry date is December 29, 2024.

That means that the coupon is good until December 31, 2123. Yay LVA!

Ok. But the reservstion agent I spoke with @ Az. Charlies said that the code was not good. Hopefully, if they ask for the coupon upon checking in it will not be an issue.

This is the reponse from Arizona Charlie's. You should be OK. Let us know if there are problems.
I will speak with the reservation team to prevent this from reoccurring. We are good to accept the LVA23 code we will book them into our LVA24 code on our end.
