First a general statement. We're within the first five hours of a huge launch and there are problems. The site has crashed a couple of times, there are issues with the log-in sequence, broken links, etc. This is standard. We find 'em and fix. The message boards were put up hastily at the end of the development process, so there are sure to be problems here, and we've already encountered them on our end. We're working on them.
Specifically, to David, it's clear that you're not impressed, but it would be a lot more helpful if we could get some more focussed input to consider and act on. Can you explain what you mean (or what led you to make the statement) about "products becoming the new focus" and "exchange of information no longer allowed"? Neither is the case, so we'd like to know what gives you that impression. Thanks.
