Big Mistake

Each day I view the Advisor forums, without seeing much except for others having a difficult time. I realize that the forum issues are being addressed, but by the look of things the forums are not being utilized by hardly any of the people who used to post. If things don't improve soon, the forums might as well be eliminated. I am truly disappointed.

I have given it a week and see no improvement. Why on earth you didn't consider the forums and added them only as an afterthought is beyond me. They were your bread and butter those are the people who drove the traffic to this site. I follow many boards and I see very little positive feedback about this new LVA on them. I am a long term member and recall the issues with format changes, I stuck it out through that remodel flop. It appears I will not be sticking with this adaption of LVA. I realize you are looking to make money but without traffic how do you expect to sell product? I hope the members rewards remain that is a good value for me but the rest of this forum is pretty obsolete. Many other venues that update daily or even minute by minute. I will continue to stop in occasionally but my first stop of the day with morning coffee will no longer be LVA.

Another week has gone by and still the used-to-be popular forums are decidedly without much info. Where have all of the posting members gone? Why is there so little new content? ??????????

It has been hard for me to navigate this new site. I had a hard time finding the forums. And an even harder time finding all of them!! That being said, Blonde4Ever's posts load!!! And I can read them!!! I find the whole site much faster. I miss DonDiego.

It has been one month since my first posting of the "new" site. Not much has changed. The forums have been eviscerated and remain pathetic at best. Apparently a "balance" has been struck and, despite the many declarations by long time, faithful subscribers who despise the new forum format, we are left with this generic, non topic specific catch all. It is a shame...

What happened to all the Hotel and Restaurant ratings ?

The rankings weren't migrated. There was a problem with bringing them over and there weren't a significant number of them, so we opted against the transfer.

The More I Use this Board the More FRUSTRATED I Get, I wanted to Reply to Shirleys Post on Printing QOD , I was Told I Had to Log In even though I was IE I replied to this POST Anthony Go Back to the Old Way , Iam also OLD and Not High tech Savy

Two months have passed since the inception of the current Advisor website. I remember only to well being on the website (in the older, more user friendly format) going from from one topic to another- when all of the sudden this "new" version appeared. Sadly, this new "forum" was and is still lacking what made the older version so welcome. Is this all there is and will be? If so, why?
