Yes, all purchases will be mailed out. Might be a little slower than normal but we will get orders out within one week or ordering.
Wow, got them today, will help me weather the pandemic, but can't wait for my trip to Vegas, maybe June 24-July1, everyone at LVA is doing a fantastic job, Thanks, stay safe.
I wish to return one of my books as we are not going this year. What is the address we should send it too?

Good Morning,
I am curious if books are still going out. I order the set of six video poker strategy guides on 13 Mar 20. I sent a status inquiry email on 24 Mar and recieved a same day response that due to COVID-19 things have slowed and I'd get a tracking number in a week. I sent a follow up emails on 17 May, 17 Apr, 28 Apr and most recently 28 May with zero response. I know the pandemic slowed alot up and as I stated in the email i want people safe, but i think this is a little long to be waiting and not hearing a response. Thank you

I ordered a book from LVA a few weeks ago. It came fast enough, about the usual, maybe 2 weeks.
I ordered a non-touch thermometer off this LVA web site ad (not an LVA product, just there to reel me in). I thought it would never come. I nagged them a lot and threatened to cancel my cc. It came the next day. I think it originated from China, though the return address is in California. They never gave me an excuse, just kept saying "Its on the way!" Yeah. BTW, I'm sending it back. I don't recommend it. Yikes!

You might be in luck, as most of those strategy guides are essentially obsolete due to the games they describe not being available in Vegas or anywhere else. You can't even find crap like NSUD, 9/6 JOB, or 9/6 DDB any more. (I hasten to clarify that South Point and Emerald Island are a couple of exceptions, and others do still exist---though I don't expect there to be a single game returning over 99% in Vegas by the end of this year.)
In the very, very few locations where you can still find some decent games (such as Stations), the restrictions cutting the number of machines in half will make it impossible to find a fullpay machine that's available unless it's three in the morning. There's evidence that the locals have been starving for their casino fix and will trample you on the way to their favorite machines. It was hard to find a decent available machine even before everything went to hell--especially given the massive paytable downgrades that were happening just before the pandemic hit.
Of course, you may wish to order the strategy guides as a matter of academic interest. They're very well-written and easy to understand--and I've read quite a few guides that were neither. It's sort of like reading a wooly mammoth hunting guide, but hey, you can dream!
(I remember the days, young grasshopper, when the Gold Coast had 133 .25 Deuces machines and the slot club returned 0.5%, and they sent you free stuff in the mail. The buffet even served food, as opposed to what they serve now. Ah, the good old days (sob)...)
