All I get from this is that you're upset about something. Perhaps you should call in and explain the problem or detail in an email.
Had spoken to LVA staff on Thurs, who made it very clear that it doesn't matter who we spoke to earlier or what was requested asking to renew a membership for another year. LVA does not allow renewals even when the member is at the same address, home phone, etc. LVA has you pay for a new individual membership and end up with multiple memberships with overlapping months vs renewing the membership we have. And with the surprisingly surly attitude of LVA when calling, I don’t need to deal with calling back for that again.
Hi Doug, You will still have the same account and your membership will not overlap. We would renew the membership and extend your expiration date out by one year. Our ordering system has a 2019 membership and a 2020 membership and that is just to mark which year coupons you want so maybe that's where the confusion came in. Hope this helps.
Our membership already did overlap for a good part of this year (fall 2018 purchase overlapped spring 2019 purchase), as was discussed in detail when LVA staff was called. Hence, de-valued enough by multiple memberships that doubtful we will renew again (having had a membership each year since 2007).
