Can posts be edited?

I wrote a post when it was reported that the Palms buffet would be gone;  not just remodeled.  That is obviously not the case and I would like to edit my post.  Can it be done?

Thank you.  Now I wrote another updated post for the Palms.  Can you please delele the ones from April and July.  They are no long relevant.
