I suspect Anthony was referring to the LVA coupons list. As far as I know, they don't maintain a comprehensive list of all the bars in town that have VP/slots and what bonuses they offer. Such a list would need such frequent updating, they'd never be doing anything else.
One thing you can do is to scroll through a month or so of the Las Vegas News column. Anthony usually mentions anything worthwhile that has popped up. Ditto the LVA newsletter--theres always a paragraph or two on that topic.
If you're looking for full-fledged casinos with bar bonuses, there are only a few out there. They usually put the worst machines, with the crappiest paytables, in the bartops because they know that a lot of folks play there to slurp down as many "free" drinks as possible. So they don't need to dangle the added incentive of a promo.
