Actually, from the original post, this thread is about "casinos like the Strat." I don't know what that means, as such, but maybe second-tier properties and/or ones that aren't on the Strip (the Strat is, technically, but not really).

 

As we all know that the Strip casinos lift their hind legs and pee on the very thought of being included in the LVA coupon book, maybe that's what Brent meant by "casinos like the Strat"--ones that do charge for parking but might be persuaded into putting a parking coupon into LVA. Most of the locals' casinos don't charge for parking, and have huge surface lots as well as garages. So such a casino would have to be one that has only garage parking, charges for it, and isn't on the Strip. Can't think of one such casino, offhand.
