Current inability to access MGM Rewards online accounts

As of 9/25/2023 AM, I'm still unable to access my MGM Rewards account online to make future reservations ( using either Firefox or Chrome options). The general online booking system is accessible, as reported in the LVA news section this morning. MGM Rewards members desiring to book comped offers are directed to call a specific booking number ( 877-353-1987) or phone their designated host to book their rewards. Expect long wait times if / when phoning the 877 contact number.

Are any LVA staff aware of when MGM members will be able to access online accounts? Thanks.

We won't know until they announce it and they haven't yet.

I'm able to log in and check my account offers now on the MGM website ( Sat afternoon). However, the actual reservation booking system ( including comp offer dates listed on the calendar) are still wonky. They're making progress , though.
