You do need the physical book unless you are talking about the printable ones. They can mail but not sure about the UK. There is also an option to pick it up in Vegas. Make sure you do not tear the coupons out before you use them. I have noticed more places watch me tear it then before

Best and easiest option would be to drop by their office to pick up the book, but didn't they mail you one when you signed up? I think they would have done that even if you're in another country.
They're on Procyon, about a mile west of the Strip, just north of Twain. It's a doable cab ride or an easy 10 minutes drive from the Strip. They're open 9-5 M-F, but I think they take a lunch 12-1.
You do need to present the physical book when redeeming a coupon. I haven't yet had to have the person taking the coupon see me physically detach it, but it's a good idea to wait until then to do so.
If they did send you a book and you left the UK before it got there, you might be able to sweet-talk them into giving you another one. Most of the coupons with a cash value (like free slot play) are tracked by the casinos, so you couldn't use a second one the same year anyway.
