Do we need to order in advance?

I'm arriving to Vegas in late April with wife and inlaws, and was wondering if we can just show up at the premises for the membership and pick up the coupon books, or do they need to make the order for email newsletter beforehand?

It is quick and easy to just pop in and sign up.  You can sign up and get your books in less than 5 mins, and the office has some interesting books to check out while you are there.  That is the usual way we do it each year.
