Hello. I called two weeks ago and the LVA was supposed to be delivered to the Venetion last Wednesday; also, someone was supposed to call or text that it had been delivered. I never received the booklet or a call. Do you have any idea what had happened?
I delivered it myself at 12:30 pm to Luggage Drop, which is where they accept packages. I then texted a photo of the claim check to 617-819-9768. We've checked and now see that the area code was 517. So that's why you didn't get it. The text went through, so we had no way of knowing it was sent incorrectly. If you'd have called, we would have caught it. But since you didn't get it, we'll refund the delivery charge and mail you the premiums.
