Disregard, just reading the LVA newsletter
Anyone else having issues getting their final redemptions? I cashed out my points a month ago and recieved several emails confirming the prizes. However, nothing has showed up yet which is unusal. I email the company and copied LVA customer service over a week ago and no reply as of yet. Maybe there is a huge backlog?
