No,the LVA won't do that. There is no guarantteed use of the booklet.

The Las Vegas Advisor didn't bring on this crisis. I wouldn't expect a refund. Everybody loses this time.
I can almost garuntee that LVA isn't going to refund anyone for the cost of the 2020 Entertainment book since they aren't the company that puts out the Entertainment book.
I can almost garuntee the coupons will be good when Vegas reopens later this year. Book a longer stay and use more coupons.
I never said to refund; just a slight discount for buyers of 2021 book who purchased 2020 Book which was delayed by printer's and then Corona Virus hit! Didn't you guys read the orginial post? It's also meant to be a Question for the staff!!

File your loss LVA if you do refund folks. You can apply for "funds lost" with the government for your reimburse.
For me I would not really worry about the lost monies but obviously some members do.
It's Vegas, life is a gamble!
