Mostly complete. Both towers are open. I think they're still working on a couple of floors.

I'd avoid any floor until they complete their work as I'm reminded of The D upgrading their elevators during one of my trips years ago and a jackhammer starting at 7am.  No idea why a jackhammer is used for elevator work, but that was horrific.

Pretty much, there is no morning sleep in these hotels no matter what. Fred and Wilma's kids go running and screaming down the hall at 8 am. The maid carts rumble by like train cars in a switching yard. People make sure to slam their doors.

One time at the 4Q, starting at 7 am, there was a repeated BANG BANG BANG (pause) BANG BANG BANG (pause) that went on until I gave up and got out of bed. I guess Thog was trying to contact his cave buddies to join him in the wooly mammoth hunt?

You pretty much need a vacation from your Vegas vacation, one way or another.

I have stayed here many times. North and South towers. The only noise issue we ever had came from outside, usually Fremont ST. or that concert/convention area out back.
