How long does discount book take to ship?

I am going to Vegas November 5th and wanted to buy the discount book. How long will it take to be shipped to me (I live in the United States)? I guess the coupons will all expire December 31st 2017 and I will have to rebuy it again in a couple months also?

Actually I now see that it says 7-10 business days. Should I be ordering the 2017 one or the 2018 one? If I order the 2018 one will it still have the same coupons it shows on the list and can I use them this year? Or do I need to order the 2017 one to use them this year?

If you're going to vegas this year, and want to use to coupons you can order them and pick them up at the office. It's pretty easy to find their offices, located off the strip.

Is there a loyality discount when renewing?
