How much time do I need to wait after purchase to download an item?

I recently made a purchase and am not yet able to download it. How do I rectify this?

You should be getting an email with the download today.

I received emails today, but no downloads or links to downloads. I also do not see any files to download when I click on the downloads button in LVA. Please check on this for me. Thanks.
