We are at the mercy of the printers. We are now told they will arrive the 23rd. Not sure what time but as soon as we get them we will send an email to all our customers.
How long should I be waiting for the coupon book before I call to say it may be lost in the mail? (This happened to me once before and you were very kind on solving the problem right away)

When did you place the order?

They started mailing them on the 23rd which was a Friday. The following Monday was the 26th. I would probably give 2 weeks after the 26th.
So if you don't get it on the 9th or 10th. I would probably call or email to ask for a tracking number.

Post-DOGE, the USPS is an animated corpse, so the books being printed and mailed during the year's worst weather and a holiday period, to boot, strongly suggests that LVA should switch the MRB to all-digital.
It may not bother others, but I find the book a little awkward to carry in my pants pocket. It's also possible to simply lose it, which can't happen with a digital book.

I wanted to update everyone that as usual LVA took great care of me. Apparently it was a USPS problem and they are sending a new book to me. As uisual LVA comes through with great service!!!
