No way to block it. All you can do is just not go in.
Some very sick comments laced with profanities found there often. The best advice is just to stay away no matter how enticing the title is it can turn sour quickly. Don't rubberneck in the Kitchen Sink.
Sadly the country is greatly divided. The participants on the kitchen sink are not playing the blame game. They are working hard to find solutions to the myriad of challenges this country faces, through reasonable and respectful dialogue.

The Kitchen Sink is a great place to blow off steam given how many people are home from work or working from home these days. If you don't like it, don't look.
I am amused and appalled by the suggestion that discussions---however uncivil---that you have to go out of your way to read should be blocked or censored. It's like complaining about the content of a book that sits on a fourth-floor shelf and you need to use a ladder to reach.
The world's full of shit you don't want to read or hear. Personally, I utterly loathe Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh and their lying, evil ravings, but I can avoid them easily enough. They shouldn't be blocked or censored just because they're loathsome, discord-sowing, bullshit-peddling assholes.
